I seem to have a need of finding a way to relax. Much like most people I tend to overload myself at times. One metond I have found that really helps me find balance and releases stress is to use my oils and meditate. Here is what I do:

I go to my room, lights off or softened. I lay a nice comfy blanket on the floor where I sit wih legs open and spread apart in a stretching position, oils in front of me. I close my eyes, begin stretching and deep breathing. Then with eyes still closed, I reach for an oil, placing one drop in my hand. Rubbing my hands clockwise a few times, I slowly breathe in the scent of the oils while still stretching. Focusing on the scent helps control my thoughts. I do this as many times as I need to reach a feeling of release, peace and balance.
