Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Yesterday my sister-in-law called from out of state and in the course of the conversation she told me that her husband was now on a C-PAP machine for sleep apnea. I told her that she should have him on Thyme oil as I have heard it really works for snoring and sleep apnea.

My husband also snores and has sleep apnea (not diagnosed but I am a retired nurse so I know). Now I had not yet had my husband use the oil so I decided that I had better practice what I have been preaching and I asked him to use it before he went to bed last night, putting on the bottom of his big toe.

I woke up at 3:30 am and listened to his ever so soft snoring and observed for over an hour. His snoring was extremely more quiet and he didn't stop breathing ONCE! Not once!

Now, as if that wasn't enough, he actually got up at 4:30 am to go to a men's breakfast with the men from church. Normally, he can never get up before 8 am!! This was just an added miracle because he felt rested enough to actually get up and get going that early. He is NOT a morning person.

I highly recommend Thyme oil for anyone who snores or has sleep apnea. I am actually going to start using it myself as my husband says that I also snore and stop breathing!!

Thank you Lord and Young Living!! I believe in you both!
