For a day and a half my 6 year old granddaughter, and 4 year old grandson had flu symptoms. They could not keep from vomiting food or even water, and had mild fevers.

I rubbed peppermint oil on the soles of their feet, and on their stomach. Three hours later, they were free of the flu symptoms, ate dinner without throwing up, and running around and happy.
