Thieves and RC help fight the flu

This past fall our two 17 year old sons both came down with a nasty flu. They were sick at the same time but their symptoms were quite different. One complained of a bad headache along with an aching body, the other had a bad sore throat and was coughing up copious amounts of mucus.

Knowing the antiviral and antibacterial properties of the oils we began using them at the start of the symptoms. They both began taking Thieves in capsules frequently throughout the day. I also applied Thieves to their feet. In addition to that I gave them a Raindrop treatment once a day for 3-4 days until the symptoms began to decrease. For the son with the sore throat and mucus he also applied RC to his chest and we diffused RC beside his bed throughout the day as well. For the son with the headache we used PanAway on his forehead and base of the neck to relieve the pain.

After about 3-4 days of these treatments, along with lots of hot fluids and rest they began to feel better as their symptoms began to decrease. They were then able to return to school but continued taking the Thieves in capsules and diffusing the oils at bedtime to build their immune systems.
