I add one drop of frankincense and one drop of rose (yes, it is expensive--yes, you are worth it) to a 2 liter glass bottle of purified water and drink it throughout the day. These are very high frequency oils and may elevate you spiritually. Physically they have great benefit, also. I only use therapeutic grade essential oils for injestion.
