This has happened to me several times so I know it works well for me. I start getting a fever blister on the lower edge of my nostril, I put Purification Oil on neat, yes it burns a little so you might want to dilpte it a little, but by the next morning there is no sign of the blister or even a tender place where the blister was starting.

I told this to a friend of mine with Herpes II. She gets lesions on her lower back just above her tail bone, she did the same thing I did on my nose. Purification Oil neat, next day - gone. She says she does this at first tingle of an outbreak, however the first time she tried it a lesion had already formed. It worked both ways.

Be prepared for some burning sensation if you use it neat, have some V-6 Oil or other vegitable oil ready to cut the Essential Oil if you need to.
