Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My mother has been fighting bronchitis and a sinus infection. This caused her ears to become stuffy and it was giving her a headache. Here's what we did that took that plugged feeling away.

What you'll need:

* 1 cotton ball
* 1 drop Melaleuca oil
* 1 drop Eucalyptus oil
* 1 drop Lavender oil
* Olive oil oil
* Wash cloth

Place about a tsp of olive oil in a cup and put in microwave to warm. Place oils in the warm olive oil. Take the cotton ball and soak up the mixture. Take a wet wash cloth and put in the microwave to heat up.

Put the cotton ball in the ear and then place the warm wash cloth over it. Leave this on for a few minutes. Also, rub the oils on the vita flex points on your feet. This is on the toe next to the pinkie toe.

We had my mom do this and leave the cotton ball in for probably 30 minutes. She had great results and is still good this morning!

Only therapeutic oils are acceptable for use, so buyer beware.
