Lavender helps with snoring

My husband started snoring regularly in the past 18 months or so. I read on here that lavender was helpful in preventing snoring. Just so happens the week we started this he also had a head cold that made the snoring worse.

We simply took one drop of lavender and applied it directly to the inside of each nostril. I was absolutely amazed at how smooth his breathing became. There are still a time or two during the night I might hear him snoring but it's so much lighter and a little nudge helps him to go back to sleep without the snoring. So much improvement over hearing him all night long.
