NingXia Red & Ocotea for blood sugar crash

I was on a road trip with my son, and we decided to stop and get some food through a drive through window (we hardly EVER do this, just decided to do it this trip).

We ordered a fish sandwhich (white bread, very greasy) a veggie burger (again, white bread, cheese, mayo) and fries and onion rings, and cokes.
