Over a year ago I was introduced to Young Living oils. I was unable to tolerate even the passing smell of the oils due to my sensitivity to everything (basically). I have chronic fatigue, hypothyroid, hypoglycemia, back pain, insomnia, chemical sensitivity (medications also), food allergies, bowel problems, brain fog, dizziness, and Celiace (gluten sensitivity).

I did a simple liver cleanse gentle on my system. Then, when I did start trying oils I started with peppermint and added olive oil. Little by little I was able to tolerate every oil used. My favorite YL oil is Lavender for my insomnia. I drop some on my wrist and on my forehead at the hair line. It helps me relax and sleep better. I look forward to trying new oils and products to improve my health.
