Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

For a demonstration of Lemon oil and how it breaks down petrochemicals in the body, take an inflated ballon and drop a single drop of Lemon oil on it. The ballon will burst with a couple of seconds, demonstrating how the oil is breaking down the petroleum based latex ballon. This demonstration can also be done by using a styrofoam cup. a couple drops in the cup and in a few minutes it will have eaten through. This demonstrates why a person would not want to add oils to a plastic bottle or cup.

Though I seldom use the microwave now, when I do I make sure I use glass cookware and a glass lid. I got the lid at a yard sale and it works great to cover a plate or dish, but I refuse to use plastic or plastic wraps because of the leaching affect it can have. I have also gotten away from storing left overs in plastic.

A handy tip for your drinking water is to buy a glass bottle of ice tea or similar at the quick stop. Put your own filtered water in it and then add your NingXia Red and oils.

When I go out to eat, I take Peppermint or Lemon and add to my drink in front of my guest. It is a great way to start a conversation about these great products.
