My sweetheart awoke recently with all the classic symptoms, and though he braved it and went to work, he returned home early and went to bed. That evening, I applied the following oils on his back and the soles of his feet in this order, using (5) drops on the back (feathered up and down, and smeared around) and (3) to coat the feet.

The following morning, no fever, no aches, no chills. Still some symptoms to move through, but a much healthier, happier and more comfortable process. Pretty amazing huh? He actually went to work that day and did fine.
