Burning pain in my knee

Hi Everyone! I have had injured my knees more times than I would like to admit. Over the years, I have had great results with BLM and PanAway when I injured myself, but it is always great when I discover another alternative.

About a month ago, I was experiencing some burning in my knee and I had the thought that it was lactic acid. It seemed logical to see if I could alkalize my acid response, so I put some Lemon oil on my knee. Very cool, as the burning pain in my knee disappeared instantly.

Last night, I had the burning again and applied the Lemon
oil. Amazingly, the pain and burning disappeared.

Who would have thought Lemon oil could be so effective?
