Acne and lavender oil

My granddaughter has a really bad acne problem. She has used the usual products on the market and still had really bad acne that I was afraid was going to leave scarring. She visited me for the weekend of Thanksgiving and we started putting YL Lavender essential oil on her face 2 times a day.
