Panaway helps with Tendonitis

2-1/2 years ago I was opening up my bedroom windows, and as I was pushing up on them a pain shot down both of my arms, it hurt soooo bad.

I tried to take care of myself before heading to the doctor, but after six months I could not stand it anymore. The first thing he wanted to do was give me shots of steroids. I really did not want to do that, so I agreed on a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. I did not want to take it because the side effects were awful!

During the day, at work, I was in a lot of pain. I decided to go to a specialist. He basically told me the same thing, only he added the most ugly braces to wear. I could not bring myself to wear both of them at work so I would switch off right hand to left hand about every 2 hours. At home I would wear them while I slept(or tried to at least).

I did end up taking the anti-inflammatory. This prescription only can be taken for 1 year it is so damaging. After that year was up I had to start taking so much ibuprofen, I knew that wasn't good for me, but I couldn't take the pain!

After 2 years of this I started to go to a reflexologist. During one of the visits I mentioned my tendinitis in my right wrist (my left one actually healed on it's own). She put some oil on it for me and told me it should really help. I had another appointment scheduled in two weeks. It wasn't until the day before that appointment that it started hurting again. So when I went to her the next day I told her I had to know what she had used on my wrist. She said Panaway was the essential oil she had used on my wrist.

I started using the oil (2-3 drops) every morning and night. After 2 weeks my wrist was 90 percent better. After that I got a small bottle that has a dropper. I put grapeseed oil and 5-6 drops of Panaway in it. Now I just use it if I lift weights to keep it from recurring.
