Palo Santo and Cypress for hand pain and swelling

A week ago I started to feel slight pain on the muscles of the right hand below the thumb. I gently massaged them and applied some pressure. Two days later I woke up with pain and swelling in the same area. I applied ice, the swelling got worse. Then I remember the oils.
