Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am in the process of trying to find some kid of workout for myself that I will enjoy. I recently took a class in Krav Maga, which is the Israeli art of self defense. I walk everyday, but it was nothing compared to the physical intensity of taking this class. I threw numerous punches and kicks and held a pad while my husband pummeled it hard!

I took another intro class a week later and between the two, my ribs felt like they did years ago when I fractured them. I know my ribs were not fractured, but the body trauma was intense.

I tried the PanAway oil blend and it didn't really do much. Then I got the idea to try the Trauma Life oil blend. It was amazing. Within seconds, the temperature in my rib area went down and the pain disappeared.

I highly recommend Trauma Life to anyone who has been through severe physical trauma of any kind, even if it is from a workout!
