My husband and I have been taking NingXia Red for 2 months (September, October) and still taking it. We both get colds, I get sinus infections during the fall season.

Since taking NingXia Red my husband has been healthy (no cold or flu) and I was having a little sinus buildup and took Ninxia Red 2x a day while feeling this way (I was also out of peppermint oil, which works wonders for sinuses). I never did get an infection. NingXia Red is awesome.
