Sinusitus

I always get at least 2-3 sinus infections a year. I started using essential oils in August 2009. I love, love, love them. I use peppermint oil on my temples, across my forehead, my neck and my sinus pockets by my nose whenever I feel sinus pressure. It works! I haven't gotten a sinus infection yet. I feel great.

I was out of my peppermint oil for about 2 weeks and the sinus pressure was building up. I used lavender oil in place of it and worked OK. I didn't get a full blown sinus infection. But, as soon as the peppermint oil came in and I started using it, the pressure and mucous buildup went away immediately.
