My friend was working in a trench and was stabbed by a metal rod directly into the back of his shoulder. This left a deep hole and throbbing pain. After washing the wound with soap and water, I applied a drop of clove oil, which stings initially, to numb the pain and then applied Purification oil to heal the wound. The throbbing pain subsided.

The next day he was experiencing a bit of pain, so I treated it exactly the same with the drop of clove first and then Purification. I did not see him for about three days and when I saw him next and looked at the wound, I was thrilled to see the amount of healing taking place. The wound was clean with no redness whatsoever and the scab which had formed was smooth and not pulling the skin tight at all, which makes scarring worse.

I did no further treatments and within a few weeks the evidence of the wound is almost invisible. There is a small white area on the skin where the wound had been, but no other scarring at all.
