Every year I run in a five mile race for charity. This is a grueling run on a hilly course. A couple of days before the race, I pulled one of my quadriceps muscles. I immediately began putting Deep Relief roll-on my leg. The night before the race my leg was feeling better, and I knew I would be able to run, but it was still a little sore, so I was worried I would not be able to run my best. I took the Deep Relief roll on and just went over and over the sore part of my leg. When I got in bed, my leg felt really tingly and warm. I knew the Deep Relief was working. When I woke up in the morning, there was absolutely no sign of any pain. My leg was perfect and I ran a great race!
