My family and I stay well in the winter by using Thieves and Thieves products, including fresh essence mouthwash and Thieves spray. I always carry a bottle of Thieves and the Spray with me. At the first sign of sore or tickly throat, cough or sniffles I take a couple drops or shots of spray in the mouth. Hot! but good. In minutes or seconds the symptoms are gone.

I also put fresh essence mouthwash in an empty Thieves spray bottle and keep it by my bed. If I awake in the night I give myself a boost with one or the other. So easy and effective.
