Ended chronic sinus infections

I was first attracted to the oils in search of a way to eliminate chronic sinus infections. I had been on 1/2 dozen medications daily and still had sinus infections about every other month.

I picked up Dr. Dan Penoel's book and created my own recipe for a sinus rinse. I had already started using a neti pot but plain salt was not enough.

When I created a salt mix based on his suggestions, I ended my infections and the need for the decongestants, anti-histamines, asthma puffs and best of all- I have control over my sinuses!

Note- Penoel suggests lavender and melaluca alternifolia... about 5 drops each in 8 tablespoons of uniodized salt. I add some other things to that. Use only about 1/4 tsp per cup of warm distilled water.

He also suggests using a Hydrofloss machine rather than a neti pot, but I find the neti is fine for my needs.

Just rinse the sinuses when you are dehydrated, work outside, feel the sniffles coming on, pollen stirs up, have been in a dusty place or walking through leaves.
