To alleviate a stuffy nose and post nasal drip, I have had success with putting peppermint oil on my tongue and rubbing it on the roof of my mouth. I put R.C. oil blend on the bottoms of my feet at night to avoid a stuffy nose. Add lemon oil to your water to also help your body to come into better PH balance.
