I love the oils and have many favorites. I would like to share my experience with R.C. I have had lung issues, coughing, etc. and find that spreading a drop on my chest relieves the symptoms quickly and is very supportive and helpful. I use a drop in the morning and again at night. My 10 year old nephew developed some asthma-type symptoms and a deep cough and we found that the R.C. was relieving to him as well.
