I suffer from perfume, smoke and recently added dust allergies. I had a constant dry throat which would then cause an annoying cough. The EODR advised using Thieves for a sore throat which had no effect. I was also using Breathe Again, which caused me to cough when I first put it on my chest.

Recently I was suffering from a very sore throat after the dust storms and was unsure if it was allergy or a cold, so thought I should raise my frequency and as Jasmine was the most expensive oil I had, I looked up to see what if I could find out what frequency Jasmine was. The Reference Guide for Essential Oils by Connie and Alan Higley had Other Possible Uses of Jasmine- this oil may help with cough, hoarseness, respiratory conditions. Apply to Vita Flex points and directly on the area of concern.

I placed a couple of drops of Jasmine on my neck outside where my throat was sore and while I was rubbing the oil 3 times clockwise to activate it, the sore throat went. Now I no longer cough, and can be exposed to the allergens without a dry throat when I apply Jasmine to my neck. It is a life saver for me.
