Cold or sinus infection

Whenever I or one of my family members get a cold, sinus infection, or flu-like symptoms, I use the following oils in an 00-size capsule:

6 drops of Oregano
12 drops of Thieves
2 drops of Frankinsense

we ingest these twice a day, along with plenty rest and fresh food diet, and in a couple of days we're back to healthy ourselves. It's so amazing that I brag about the power of essential oils (especially Young Living's) to many people.
