Remedy for severe depression

I have suffered from severe depression and moodyness since I was a child. No one ever understood my mood swings & neither did I. As an adult I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder. I get so severely depressed I literally shut myself off from the world. Don't answer the door, phone or anything else. I just want to be left alone. I shut the curtains and basically don't leave the house. I cry and feel unworthy of the world, my family and my friends.

A friend suggested Valor, and so I applied it daily. It seemed to help just fine, but then a few months later this same friend said to try Joy.

I did, and I no longer use Valor. I use the Joy every day... several drops applied over my heart rubbed in counter clock wise and then a drop or two rubbed into my temples and on the back of my neck. I breathe in the aroma for about 20 seconds and I even diffuse it in my home.

I feel much better, and sometimes with the hustle and bustle forget to apply it. I really notice when I forget to apply it, because that deep dark circle starts to form and suck me in again within a short amount of time.
