I have four beautiful growing kids and we don't go a day without someone having a seemingly unexplainable ache or pain. I usually give them the deep relief roll on and it almost always fixes their ailment rather quickly. If it is sports related and is muscle soreness I rub in some ortho sport and that seems to do the trick.
