My favorite four I never leave home without

When asked what oils I would never want to be without I think of my favorites that I carry in my purse: peppermint, lavendar, thieves, and deep relief.

I carry peppermint in case any one gets an upset stomach, becomes car sick, or if I get sleepy while driving. It has even helped occasionally with the hiccups.

I carry lavendar in case any of my kids or others around me fall and get scrapes or burns. It is also good to have in the summer for insect bites.

Thieves is good to carry for allergies. If I feel a cold coming on or a runny nose I start inhaling it until I feel relief. It usually doesn't take very long. It also helps relieve itching when placed on the feet for allergies.

Deep relief comes in handy for headaches or any other muscle knots or pains. My kids ask for it whenever they have aches from growing or other unexplainable injuries. If I have been with others who mention soreness in knees, hands, fingers, etc...I give them the deep relief roll on to try and it almost always give relief within a matter of seconds.
