I had been on anti-depressants for 13 years and knew it would kill my liver & was open to another avenue in controlling my depression. That's when I had an opportunity to hear Gary Young speak. Fifteen minutes into lecture Gary asked how many people were on anti-depressants? In the room i was in I would say 70% raised their hands. He had just flew in from Equador & he had in his hand a vial which contained the oil 'ruta'.
Two years later 'Rutavala' was produced. Prior to Rutavala I had weaned myself off of anti-depressant & use other oils as well. Joy , Harmony, Release, Frankincense to name a few.
