In order to avoid taking antibiotics (they upset my stomach terribly) for my recent very painful sinus infection, I decided to use Young Living Therapeutic Grade Oils only. For two days I kept applying Frankinsence, Peppermint, Thieves, Panway, and Lavender oils straight on my face: nose, forehead, reapplying every hour--one at a time. I drank Ninxia Red juice 2-3 oz. three times/day, and took Core Supplements 3 packets/day.
