Every year the flu and asthma, affect my kids ages 16, 22, and 30, including myself 53, like clockwork. Thru a friend she told me about the oils. Being a believer of alternate treatments, for me, to accept oils was easy.

I got the starter pack and started using the peppermint oil, I also used panaway fullstop. Normally I am off to the doctor for antibiotics, especially when the mucus accumulates. Putting peppermint on top of my crown, a bit under the nose, a drop on the tongue, on the chest, the relief from a bad flu was effective, the result, bringing relief completely from the flu. It took however, 2 weeks, but you must understand when I get the flu it is bad.

My 2 youngest within the week they were well and are still users of the oils, and know how effective they are but, my eldest is a skeptic and paid dearly with her health- asthma, hypertension, anaemia, etc, to the point of crawling on her knees. Sad but she is a stubborn one. For me the oils rock!!
