Help for shoulder and neck pain

In January my neck and shoulder pain was so bad that I was getting up every night about 2:00am to get an ice pack to help relieve the pain. I was also taking 9-10 Ibprofen a day to help with pain and inflammation.

I was introduced to Young Living Oils in March by my daughter who was having great success with them for her children's colds. She sugessted that I try something for my shoudler pain. I started using Peppermint and I have not been up to get an ice pack since!!
