The other day I had a migraine that lasted for 3 days, so I tried my usual method of booking in to see my pressure point therapist. The pressure pointing worked for about 3 hours, then my migraine returned even worse - I was now throwing up.

I had tried essential oils before with no luck, but this time I decided to refer to a book I recently purchased called 'Releasing Emotional Patterns With Essential Oils' written specifically for Young Living's oils. It stated to apply a drop of Lemon oil on the spinal cord alarm point which is at the base of the skull while mouthing the words 'I can stand alone'. It turns out my migraine was due to a fear of detachment I had and mouthing those words while applying the oil eradicated the fear.

I applied one drop and a few minutes later my migraine was completely gone and hasn't returned. It's now 2 days later and my passion for these oils has leapt exponentially. I am now using the book and oils to eradicate all my emotional issues. Look out world! - Emma
