I’ve recently had an outbreak of acne (rosacea) on my face, so that my face was spotted with pimples. I put a drop of Galbanum on my fingertip, and dabbed it to the various pimples before I went to bed. The next morning they had all dried out, and were on the mend.
Then when we were in Perth a couple of weeks ago, a friend of ours banged her foot very badly on an uneven floor surface. She was in obvious extreme pain. We immediately put Panaway on the area, which she said removed the throbbing within 10 seconds. However, there was still pain present. We then added a drop of Galbanum, and voila!
