This testimony is a bit embarressing, but if you are reading it, then it must mean you will appreciate that I provided a testimony despite being an embarressing subject.

The other day I was feeling very very ill. I started getting terrible stomach pain that made me very weak and I could hardly walk from the cramping in my stomach.

I've had gastroenteritis in the past, and it's no fun. I grabbed a bottle of Peppermint oil and I placed it neat on my stomach, which helped to cool it down quite a bit immediately. Now from my past experiences I usually would have to battle vomiting, nausea and diarrhea for days at a time, sometimes with and sometimes without fever.

The cramping started to get so bad I was moaning aloud. I decided to try to flush out the virus or bacteria that was causing me such pain so I wouldn't have to go to the hospital. I took a water bottle and place a few drops of Peppermint in the water and I drank it as fast as I could without causing myself to throw it up. Then I did this again and drank a second bottle and while I did, I took an Inner Defense. I did feel a little burn as the Inner Defense went to work, but I continued to drink the Peppermint water.

I went to bed feeling in the middle, but still a little sick. I was surprised that I hadn't thrown up yet or had to run to the bathroom. My husband said when I first started to get sick, I looked like I was dying. We were at the grocery store and I asked for the keys to the car and left him at the checkout counter. When he got to the car he found me laying down and he said I was pale and looked very very bad. So I was expecting the worst, because the pain was intolerable.

I woke up at 2am very sick and needing to go to the bathroom, so I took the opportunity to drink more Peppermint water and put a drop on my tongue and went back to bed.

When we woke up at 9AM my husband had errands to run. I was feeling OK so I went with him but drank Lemon water with my breakfast and I had also taken an Inner Defense and Life 5 at bedtime the night before.

Today it is Sunday, and I'm completely fine with my stomach. I was able to eat a normal dinner last night. The only thing is I woke up with a sore throat which I'm treating with Inner Defense, and other oils to help and I'm really not that sick anymore and it's 3pm. When I woke my throat was RAW.

Now, as far as I can guess is that the Peppermint and Lemon oils soothed the gas pain in my stomach and whatever was in there. The nausea also became very tolerable and if you know nausea, it's not fun. Stomach illness can make you feel like your dying at times because it's so intense that whatever pain caused by it can tear the strength from you and make you very weak all of a sudden.

I hope this testimonial will help someone else when they need it most.
