Recently my kids had some pretty nasty coughs. I mixed a drop of lemon and a drop of eucalyptus radiata in a 1T of raw honey. It was pretty strong for the kids, so I put 1/2 of the mixture in 1/2 c of warm soy milk. Boy did that quiet their coughs right down. And they liked it, my son is still asking for 'honey milk'.
