Peppermint alleviates discomfort in back & knees

Peppermint oil is my favorite essential oil. It has helped me with sinus, lower back, and knee problems.

It has helped me alleviate sinus problems by putting one drop in my hand and taking my finger of the other hand to add that drop to my temples, above my eyes, and under my eyes to relieve congestion & stuffiness due to sinus. My eyes teared up, but the congestion was greatly relieved. After doing that every 2 hours, my sinus problems were gone, and I could breathe.

Also, I used peppermint oil for relieving knee pain and lower back pain. I put the peppermint oil directly on my knees and lower back, and the pain was gone.
