Grease burn

I was at work one day and went to pull out a pan of bacon from the oven. The pan had an overabundant amount of grease on it. I had turned to put the pan on the counter and the grease dripped all down my arm.

I quickly turned to the sink and rinsed my arm with cold water till the grease was all gone. I whiped out my little bottle of lavender and put it on the spot. I continued to do this for a few days. Then I put vitamin E oil on for at least a week after the burn. My arm has now just a very slight pink spot.

If it wasn't for Cherie Parry recommending the lavender oil after my first bad burn at work, I would have had a bad 2 degree burn to deal with. The lavender oil also did help lots with the pain. To this day I carry that little bottle of Lavender oil in my pocket.
