My 13 year old daughter was injured in a soccer game. Her ankle hurt and her Achilles tendon was very sore - so much that she would not put any weight on that foot, preferring to hop around instead. This happened mid-day on Saturday. Saturday night my friend rubbed 3 drops of PanqqAway mixed with a small amount of carrier oil directly on her ankle, the Achilles tendon, and on the bottom of her feet. She followed up with lavender in the same places. I did the same with lavender only on Sunday morning and Sunday night. On Monday morning, she still wore an ankle brace to school, but she was walking just fine. I am certain her foot would not have healed so quickly without the oils.
