After only 30 days and using one bottle of cortistop, i was able to lose 4 lbs. and at least 2.5 inches around the waist. it was very noticeable. I weighted 129 when i started and at the end of the month i weighted 125 and the inches were gone. i seem to always watch my eating about the same, before and during the month i was taking the pills.
