Peppermint for digestive issues

If I get heartburn, indigestion, queasiness, gas, or any other stomach/intestinal symptom, I take about 4 drops of peppermint oil in a small glass of water. No matter what the issue is, the peppermint makes it go away within minutes.

Peppermint is also anti-viral, and this past winter when lots of people around me had the stomach flu, I took peppermint every day and didn't get sick.
