Whenever I feel like I'm coming down with something, or know that I've been exposed to something, this is what I take: 2 drops of Thieves and 2 drops of Oregano and a little carrier oil (almond, for example), in a capsule. This works for a scratchy throat, stuffy nose, fever, aches, you name it.

This ALWAYS works for me. I haven't been sick for all the months since I started using these wonderful oils.
