My dog had a melanoma

Five years ago, my border collie / Australian shepherd cross, had a melanoma tumor between the toes on her left front leg, It was surgically removed, with clean margins, healed well, and I forgot about it. The dog is now 10 years old, very active and sprightly. You's swear she was much younger.
Last September, when at the vet for a checkup, she noticed a swollen lymph node on her left front chest (pre-scapular). They aspirated a bit of fluid, and found melanoma cells, which meant that the cancer had metastasized (spread). Took her to a vet oncologist, but any treatment was going to be prohibitively expensive, with only a slight increase in life expectancy. I was heart broken!
We had our regular vet remove 2 small tumors on her left front leg, as well as the pesky lymph node. We decided she would not have to go through any further surgery even if the cancer returned.
We had just recently started using Essential Oils on my Dad, who is in home hospice. So I started putting Frankincense on her incisions and giving it internally in a capsule twice daily. She healed very quickly. Hair came back. I continued to give the oil internally, but not rub it on any more.
After three months, something started growing near the site of the former tumors, but it didn't seem to be in the skin or muscle, but at the base of the hair on her legs. It was like clusters of tiny granular scabs. They didn't seem to bother her, but if I gently rubbed them, little tufts of fur would come out with the 'scab' at the base of each tuft. I started applying Lavender, Purification, and Lemon oil in a Coconut oil base twice daily, and added Lavender to the Frankincense that she was getting internally, twice daily, After a couple of weeks, all of the tufts came off with the little 'scabs' at the bases, which left clear skin, healthy looking, with no sign of a tumor. There was never any blood or muscle or skin damage involved in this process. It has been a week since all the 'scabs' came off, and the hair is growing back amazingly fast!
She has never seemed to be in any pain, and has not licked or worried the leg, nor limped or favored it in any way. I feel so much more hopeful than I did 5 months ago, when I was crying all the time! My vet is also VERY impressed! How did I ever manange before Young Living Oils?
