Chicken pox and Clara Derm spray

Recently both my grandchildren had chicken pox, one immediately after the other. They are 18 months and 3 and a half years old. As soon as we knew for sure what they had, we decided to use the Clara Derm spray. Each of their mothers had used the spray after delivery and it had helped them avoid the itching, swelling and discomfort that is often present after childbirth. Being familiar with the product, they each believed it would also help alleviate the symptoms of chicken pox for their children.

Neither of the children ever scratched, or seemed uncomfortable even though they were pretty well covered with pox. We applied it three times a day at first and then twice and finally only before bedtime. Within a week's time, all the pox had crusted over and after a few more days, they completely disappeared. Except for being a little quieter and not as energetic as usual, the children seemed hardly bothered by having chicken pox.

We are very happy that Clara Derm Spray has been taken OFF the discontinued items list. With time, I expect we will find many more uses for it, especially with the children.
