I was prescribed Celexa for depression & anxiety due to several years of chronic stress & a very slow moving bowel. I hadn't met my leader, Carolynn Truss yet & didn't think I had any other options. I took Celexa for 6 months.
When I made the decision to get off of it I called my family doctor & got instructions on how to do it. I followed the some of the instructions but not all of them, I listened to my body to know when to stop taking it altogether. I weaned to the 10 mg. & listened to my body to know when to stop for good. The 1st 3 days my bowel movements were very strained & very uncomfortable however I knew I had to get this chemical out of my body!
For the first three days after I took my last pill, I used the Peace & Calming morning & night along with Joy. Both were a HUGE blessing especially the Peace & Calming, it helped tremendously with helping me fight the urge of anger & rage, it was pretty strong but I was able to refrain from 'biting everyone's head off' :-) At work I inhale the oils, at home sometimes I diffuse them, sometimes I inhale them.
I now have my bag of oils with me at work & at home. I take it with me daily! I use the Peace & Calming the most. I usually open it & inhale then put the cap back on. I've give it to my co workers too. The peppermint helps when it's cloudy all day it's a good pick me up. I've had a cotton ball with Thieves on it for a while now on my desk since everyone in my office seems to keep getting sick, it has helped me fight off things. I absolutely LOVE the smell of this oil! I have a Thieves spray in our bathroom now too.
I received my Feelings kit a few weeks ago & have been experimenting with it. I am open to feedback from others as to what has helped you.
I feel blessed to have discovered these oils and to be under Carolynn, she's been such a blessing and huge help to me. I really enjoy using products that help me without any negative side effects. It's really nice not to feel tired ALL of the time & have my desire to do things again it's wonderful!
