Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

Lately this last year I've been having PMS symptoms. I'm now 42 yrs old and a week before my menstruation I feel extremely tired, down and depressed. I have pain in my body, my head is foggy and I feel like my hormones are out of balance.

I went to the doctor and had tests taken; my Thyroid level was low. I had a feeling that the thyroid level and my PMS symptoms had some connection. I've been taking Thyromin (2 capsules) every night before going to sleep.
I do feel more balance and support but the PMS symptoms are still strong. I also take Femigen (2 capsules in the morning). I must say I haven't been taking them on a regular basis. I also feel like I need to increase the dosage.

The oil Endoflex (4-5 drops a day in a clear vegetable capsule with a glass of rice milk) I have been using for 3 or 4 months now, off and on. I just love it, I love the smell and I do feel that my body (my thyroid) likes it alot and it has a (hormonal) balancing effect. I also just rub one or two drops of Endoflex on my throat, area of my thyroid.

I've been using Dragon Time (4-5 drops a day in a vegetable capsule with a glass of ricemilk) as well. My body likes it as well. Somehow I am more attracted to Endoflex though.

I am still trying to figure out what my body exactly needs. My progesterone level may be low too or the estrogen level? I still want to find out how to find this out in an accurate way. It does feel natural and healing to use essential oils, Thyromin, Femigen, Endoflex and Dragon time to support my system.
