Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

When I get a sore throat, congestion or cough, I reach for what I call my "Throat Blend". This consists of 5 parts of the Thieves oil blend, 3 parts Eucalyptus oil, 1 part Frankincense oil and equal parts V-6 Oil.

I apply 3-4 drops on the first 3 fingers and rub my fingers in a circular motion on the other palm, then apply the oils down front of my neck, back of my neck and all across my chest. Don't forget to cup your hands near your nose and inhale these wonderful oils! I do this once in the morning and once at night before bed. It usually helps my breathing and I am free from this problem.

Basically, I do not need antibiotics anymore, which is such a relief! I was beginning to have bad reactions to most of them or they were not working for me.

I thank God for guiding Gary Young in gathering all of this information about the effectiveness of essential oils. I absolutely love Young Living, their oils and other products!
