What I do for flu or sinus infections

You can find alot of information on oil-testimonials.com about many different ailments; but, truthfully, you just have to experiment with different oils you read about, to see what works best for you.

When I am coming down with the flu symptoms I immediately reach for what I call my 'Nose Blend', which consists of 5 parts Peppermint, 3 parts Eucalyptus radiata, and 1 part Melaleuca alternifolia, then add equal parts V-6 Oil (9).

I put 1 drop on either a Q-tip, or my pinky fingers (make you wash 1st with Thieves Foaming hand wash) and rub pinky's lightly in circular motion, so end of fingers are moistened well. Then I apply to the inside of my nostrils; it is a bit overwhelming when first trying it, but it works for me incredibly fast! Clears up sinuses quickly, within an hour I feel so much better! 1ce maybe, 2ce that day is sufficient! I, also, use this for prevention, when the 'bug' rears it's ugly head at church, or in our city.

I hope that you will try this blend and see if it isn't fantastic! I absolutely love Young Living and their oils and products! Basically, I do not need antibiotics anymore, which is such a relief; I was beginning to have bad reactions to most of them, or they were not working for me. I thank God for these wonderful oils, and for guiding Gary Young to follow your calling for this work with essential oils!!
